Dr. Maysa’s Flag Ship location is at the beautiful, wellness collective and health center known as SPYRE. Once a historic Jazz Church the space has been meticulously crafted into a world class wellness destination with lap pool, dry float tank, infrared sauna, infrared heated group fitness room, gym, hot plunge, cold plunge and meditation room. Suite 206 is where Dr. Maysa performers her consultations including ketamine intakes , cannabis consults, and functional medicine visits. In the recent past she performed MDMA sessions there as part of the MAPS Phase 3 Clinical Trial. Suite 205 houses her office manager, nursing room, two Ketamine Treatment Rooms. After Ketamine treatments clients relax in the ambiance of Suite 206.
