Quantum-Functional Initial Visit

Service Description

This appointment takes place after your initial call with Nurse Georgina. It is an hour long in person session for your physical exam and to review your custom care plan with Dr. Maysa and Georgina in detail including any recommendations for supplements, labs or consultations. Your care plan will include guided recommendations and education aimed at addressing the root cause of your ailments. State of the art nutritional, genetic, microbiome or hormone testing will be discussed and selectively implemented and we will discuss and initiate targeted supplementation if appropriate. The plan will be emailed to you after the visit and will address lifestyle recommendations addressing nutrition, sleep , movement, and stress management, as well as recommended laboratory analysis, medications and supplements. Any supplement prescriptions will be emailed to you for easy ordering and will include a client discount at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you must text 929-DR-MAYSA at least 24 hours in advance of your visit start time to avoid a “no show” fee equal to 50% of the visit cost.
