Service Description

This visit is a follow-up visit to ask questions, discuss your progress and review your custom plan created by Dr. Maysa and her team based on your history, exam, labs, consults, and energy assessments, in order to address the root cause of your ailments. All plans address 1. AERATION (BREATH/OXYGENATION) 2. HYDRATION 3. SLEEP 4. NUTRITION 5. COMMUNITY 6. SPIRIT 7. MOVEMENT 8. STRESS-MANAGEMENT 9. MEDICATION* 10. AND ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS including but not limited to laboratory evaluations and referrals to other providers *MEDICATION may refer to supplements, nutritional foods, psychedelics, herbs, and/or pharmaceuticals.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you must text 929-DR-MAYSA at least 24 hours in advance of your visit start time to avoid a “no show” fee equal to 50% of the visit cost.
