Service Description

This is an online visit to review labs performed by our clinic. To review labs ordered by other physicians such as your primary care doctor please book a “Quantum-Functional Followup” appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you must text 929-DR-MAYSA at least 24 hours in advance of your visit start time to avoid a “no show” fee equal to 50% of the visit cost.
